Developing a great PM Team

Portfolio, Project & Programme Management means different things to different people.  Delivering change effectively time & time again needs effective Project & Programme Managers with effective PMO support that understand not only the PM process but how to apply it.  Many PMs have already completed PRINCE 2 or MSP training as part of their development.  Although this means that they will have a common understanding on what makes a project it's the specialist management skills that really increase their ability to deliver.
