Description

Scrum Master – We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master who will collaborate directly with scrum teams to coach and guide them on agile methods to achieve optimal team effectiveness.

The role will require the ideal candidate to co-operate with stakeholders to refine requirements, work with multiple agile engineering and design teams to co-ordinate, prioritise and deliver an aggressive roadmap and drive the implementation and delivery of software.

The following skills and experience are required: an understanding of software development; the ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a fast paced environment; skills in managing conflicting interests and identifying compromises; a high energy, results-orientated personality and a background in building enterprise software for the web.

Please note we cannot sponsor work visas and ideally need recent UK experience.
