Description	Business Analyst – We are currently recruiting for a senior business analyst with a background in delivering business analyst services within a business change environment. The right candidate will have an understanding or delivered utilising the following: requirement gathering; BPR – business process re-engineering; AS IS and TO BE; experience in driving processes including process mapping, diagrams and designing; an understanding of the full business analyst lifecycle; experience of working on business transformation/change projects; testing; stakeholder management and the ability to work in an unstructured environment. Experience of using 6 Sigma would be beneficial. A background in Retail, Travel and Leisure would be desirable but not essential. Please note we cannot sponsor work visas and ideally need recent UK experience.

Description	Business Analyst – We are currently recruiting for a business analyst with a background in delivering into a business change environment. A background in Retail, Travel and Leisure would be desirable but not essential. The right candidate will have an understanding of the following: requirement gathering; AS IS and TO BE; process mapping; an understanding of the full business analyst lifecycle; experience of working on business transformation/change projects; stakeholder management; the ability to work in an unstructured environment and excellent communication skills. Our client is happy to consider less experienced business analysts with around 6months+ experience, who demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn; as full training will be provided. Please note we cannot sponsor work visas and ideally need recent UK experience.
