Business Analyst - Our client based in Leicester is looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst. The role will involve major business change; however many of the projects have various IT components so an understanding of IT would be beneficial. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and at least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.

The role will require the following skills and experience: demonstrable experience of business analysis and the core BA skills; good knowledge of processes and BPR; experience in creating and maintaining documentation and writing functional specifications.

Description

Business Analyst – We are currently recruiting for business analysts who have a background in delivering business analyst services within a business change environment. A background in Retail, Travel and Leisure would be desirable but not essential. Our client is happy to consider business analysts with 3+ years’ experience.

The right candidate will have an understanding or delivered utilising the following: requirement gathering; BPR – business process re-engineering; AS IS and TO BE; experience in driving processes including process mapping, diagrams and designing; an understanding of the full business analyst lifecycle; experience of working on business transformation/change projects; testing; stakeholder management and the ability to work in an unstructured environment. Experience of using 6 Sigma would be beneficial.
