The role will provide leadership; involve developing a customer centric culture; review processes and understand business priorities and reflect them in the programme. Experience and skills needed – solid programme management experience; experience of rolling out best practice; a background in managing project managers. Description	Programme Manager – Our client are looking for a programme manager to join their strategy and transformation division. The role will involve translating business strategy into a transformation programme and liaising across the whole business.
