Description

Programme Manager – We are currently looking for an experienced Programme Manager to work for our client based in Central London. The role will involve being responsible for the delivery of projects within the HR transformation programme and taking over the partnership and relationship management between IT and HR. The Programme Manager will ensure that all HR technology needs are identified, prioritised and delivered to meet the operational and strategic requirements.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of delivering a HR portfolio of projects; owning roadmaps; have worked on major business transformation and have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a background of working with difficult stakeholders.

Please note that experience of working on HR projects is essential to be considered for this position.

Global travel will be required as part of the role.
