Description

Project Coordinator/PMO – We currently require a Project Coordinator with strong PMO experience to work directly with an HR Director to help shape, scope and define a portfolio of projects and initiatives. The role is responsible for identifying projects and actions that the HR Group must undertake to deliver the HR strategy including confirming the scope and objectives of new projects, and is responsible for the analysis and coordination of the key HR initiatives across the entire Global HR function.

The role is also responsible for operating effective reporting and project controls of its portfolio and that associated benefits are tracked. It also has a vital role in providing overall assurance, for example, in developing scope, evaluating the plan and timeline, establishing risk and issue reporting, with a view to improve the overall performance in the HR portfolio. An understanding of the project life cycle and some Business Analysis skills would be highly desirable, this only includes the ability to work with the business to help them understand and document key requirements.

This is a global role. Experience of communicating with other departments/teams globally with an understanding of how to communicate effectively, taking into consideration cultural and time zone challenges is essential.

The following skills and experience are essential: a background in the hospitality or services industry; any experience in an HR environment/projects would be desirable; PMO experience and a background in portfolio reporting; risk and issues are managed; excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve conflict.

PMO Manager - We are currently looking for an experienced PMO Manager with a background of working on major implementation programmes. The role will involve engaging with senior stakeholders to set up the PMO function.

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and build a team from scratch. Experience of working on programmes from start to finish and the ability to work in fast paced and pressurised environments is essential.
